now thats a new one on me
personally i got Vallejo model colour Burnt Cadmium red and Vallejo Model Colour Vermiliion.
I just use the Cadmium red as the base and add tiny ammounts of vermillion to it to build up the highlights.
the advantage is it covers great even over black

Its a trick I learned from an old friend that worked in a automotive paint store. Its not necessary with all brands of paint, but it can help when you want really bright red.

cad. red from vallejo is an awesome color, i start all my reds with this. I mainly go over "Red" to either Orange Brown OR a little bleached bone OR any lighter red...depending on what i want to achieve.
yellow washes usually brong out colors stronger/richer, works also good with greens/beige colors. iirc it also creates nice effects over purple.

Szymon, the best way to achieve such full red is to start from Dark Flesh and then mix it step by step with Blood Red. At the end give tiny highlights with mix of Blood Red and Fiery Orange.
If you want darker red then leave more dark flesh, or start with violet and add Scab red. Hope it helps.
