This weekend was supposed to be final weekend for Tumahk, Voice of the wind.
BUT! Hes supposed to stand on a resin base which I cant paint cause my primer wont stick to it and the primer I ordered didnt get here in time...
So I spend my weekend taking pictures, searching through my box of unfinished projects etc... Well heres what I have so far... Click to see full-sized image
Some closer pictures would be easier to judge, and the photoshopped background takes the focus off the minis a bit.
However, looking at the mini it's very nice and bright colours which do actually work well together, the contrast is there. Some of the skin could have smoother transitions and parts of the purple areas too. The model and colours you have chosen make me think it's a transvestite ork ready to party.
Haha! I thought transvestites and sorcerers/ mages are equivalent, so I chose the colors...
No, i just love it colorful and bright... Anyways, Im working on my smooth transition skills, hope it will become better on the next minis I do. Will take some more pictures later and will leave them background free as requested.
So here comes the new picture. Of course certain parts are still missing, as its WIP...
For some strange reason its almost impossible for me to take sharp pictures today so these have to do.
I suffer from major picture-taking-trouble-depression now Click to see full-sized image
Argh!
You put your salty finger in my wound of picture-taking-disability!
If there were better pics you could see that the gray hair is part of his furry coat and hat,
his beard is orange and so probably is his hair that hides under his cap.
I will now go to my dungeon to cry.
