Imperial Valkyrie

Post by Corvus »

Just found out I never posted pics of this project here...

Been working on it for a while now, on and off, and it's a large model, so I haven't gotten any further than the main hull. Currently I'm working on the metallics:

I like this model. It's the regular plastic version, not the resin one?

Not too fond of the colors you chose, but I'll be keeping eye on this project anyway. Still so much to be done...

this is the plastic kit

no airbrush :)

Well I think the grey (French MIrage blue by Vallejo Model Color) really suits the model. ANd it's a great color because it has great coverage.

Thanks

Nice so far. The grey colors almost remid me of British Navy Blue :] I like the scheme so far ;)

Looks like this is gonna be great model. I love the color scheme (I paint my own Imperial Guard army the same way - blue&red uniforms and grey&red machines). Keep on going!!!

I play IG in W40K, but to be honest, I didn't ever play with them, I'm just a beginner in this, so I had few games with Black Reach marines & orcs... But still building, planning :)

Looks great whether you play with it or not :D
Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again
