Lovely, I like the 'fresh' colours you are using. Nice to see something else for a change! (from what other painters did)

This weekend I finally did small step forward on Urmuth - finished some details on clothing, started adding shades on skin and finished the axe blade. Now I'll start highlighting the skin and working on the base.

It's really fascinating to watch how other people work. One may learn a lot from it.
The mini is really impressive, even at this stage. Can't wait to see it finished.

To me it looks like a Michael Jackson in reverse :) Really nice paintjob. I never thought shading that much on the skin was "useful". Think I generally paint too cowardly in terms of contrast... Shall be really interesting to see how this turns out...

Hehehehe, could you imagine Mike Jackson with that musculature? I don't

About intensive shading process - may it be that I just can't stop when doing that. Still think, that it's not enough and then - whoa, it's like this :) But I hope it will be good just like Airtis turned out...

I actually like the darkened skin. As I said before I like the different approach in colours you use and the dark skin suits it very well. :)

WOAH!

I thought the skin was finished in the previous picture
Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again

Thanx guys for your kind words, anyway the skin is far from finish. On the previous pictures (bright skin) it was only basecoat without any shading or highlighting. On last pic (dark skin) it's skin with deepest shadows and it will be lightened, because I want this mine be like yound Conan the barbarian - the warrior from north. But I hope you won't be disappointed and will like the final result (I hope I can finish this one really soon, coz I want to rest from these Andrea & Enigma figures and I will paint something more sciborish :)))
