Sooo funny when you know what's going on, definitely go with a pentagram though!
Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again :doh:

I had to try this mini after seeing great orc by Bohun so here is an early wip -skin needs some shades, wounds are a bit to big, metals yet to be done, boots etc. But now it looks like this :

i like it :) i think adding some other colour to your shading for the skin would give it a bit more richness, but still it's looking great so far :D

Yeah it looks nice so far. I would push the highlights a bit further though. The stretched arm, nose, top of the head etc need more highlights. Also you could try to work in some colors eventually. Like a red nose or maybe the ears or lips.

I"m slowly recoverin' from "non painting period :wink: " and after few changes it's time to get back to this project- only basic colors, I''ll add magic book,candles and some flames 'round the demon hand
