New greens - prussian and napoleonic dwarves

How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Some new greens - Dwarves, size about 22mm to eye level.
I do not know if it will be big series. I have some ideas for tanks and
I like sculpt napoleonic ogre, it may be funny :)

Thanks :) I had lot of fun with this miniatures :) I hope find enought time to make tanks and crew and other models for this series.

Napoleon and Prussian marshall are my favourites! I really those model. Hope to see more crazy ideas from you :)
But maybe next some non-dwarfish stuff?
