This is a unit of Chaos Warriors I have just finished for my tabletop army. Nowhere near GD quality but I tried to get them as nice as I could for a tt army, good quality without going overboard. I'd be interested in your opinions.

RE: Warriors of Chaos unit
more than enough for gaming. Perhaps bases could be more varied.

The bases are too white for my taste. Just patches of snow would be much more effective Imo.
RE: Warriors of Chaos unit
Yeah I am starting to think that as well. I have been doing the total snow cover thing to make it look like they are walking through deep snow but it does lend itself to a very bland look for them. Any thoughts as to how I could break them up a bit while still maintaining the heavy snowfall look?

tall grass? stones/rocks? skeletons/bones? anything in contrasting colours that would not be fully covered with snow?
RE: Warriors of Chaos unit
I like them. The comment about the bases is mine comment as well. I see a couple of mold lines on the weapons, but for TT quality that is a very minor thing that probably no one would notice ohn the gaming table. The head variations really look distinct, but work very well together IMHO.
RE: Warriors of Chaos unit
Agreed with all the points made, an idea possibly is to paint the sides of the base a different colour to help offset all that white. I think tall grass and rocks would help add a little something more to them for sure.
