I wouldn't make too many bets based on this. Commander Y couldn't have been more literal and on target with the theme for the piece in the round where he lost.

I'm planning on something completely and utterly literal, which is at the same time so stupid it's glorious. Probably won't even do any OSL, though if I can find a "supplementary" figure for my idea, it would involve some OSL.

I guess Bren was on theme too.... down to the judges opinion as to who's was best I suppose. I think the scoring was close?? I can't remember tbh.

So the pics are up on Wyrd and everyone is holding their breath for the scores...I just don;t know...I think most are insanely good! It's like waiting for thw crunch when an accident is about to happen, I just want to keep my eyes closed until the scores are announced! Tough competition, and hey! The furthest I've ever gotten so I'm happy even if I'm out!

Just spent ages looking at them all and if I were a Judge I'd give the round to.........

Paintminion for the brutally funny Toasting Dwarf, I actually laughed out loud when I saw it
Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again

I was more impressed by the works prepared for the 'psycho' round, but these are pretty nice nonetheless.
I liked Bren's work a lot - much attention to details and scene, but I found the theme pretty weak in this one...
