Could not insert new word matches

The "Could not insert new word matches" problem has been encountered by many users.

The most common reasons are:
- double or triple period marks not connected to a word
- apostrophes not connected to words
- quotation marks not connected to words
- non-standard characters like "upper and lower quotation marks" used in some languages. These are known to be introduced by auto-correction functions in text processing applications. for example MS Word or Open Office Write often change the regular quotation marks into the upper and lower ones in Polish. and this can cause the problem

The most obvious solution is to remove these problematic characters.

Sometimes when I couldn't find them I used to split my messages in halves - leave the first half and keep the other one in cache. etc.
This makes narrowing the search easier.
