If I put both eyes looking to her right (the hand that is up side). Would it provide a mischivous look?

the right eye is just TOO MUCH to the right. technically ok, just the direction is wrong.

ah, so this is your entry for IP?
I'd take the highlights on the purple parts one step further. In fact, I'd do the same for blue parts :)
Some darklining would be welcome. Face starts to look nice. Can you make a pic of it from the front?
What's your idea for the base?

I like the model and the paint job. IMO you have chosen a good colours to this lady... I like especially the blue's(?) and this flower...
The hairs could be a little be more lighter, not so dark as they are. The violet are perfect for me, maybe because I like darker colours.
The skin is fine... Maybe the liers of white should be/could be better, more delicate...
It's 54 mm scale ? Or 28 mm ?

Update one of my co-workers snapped the sniper rifle arm off today. So tonight at my painting group its probably going to be all repair work.

I'd go further in ighlighting ot create more silk or satin look.
