It feels peculiar to be posting online about miniature painting, it seems so utterly detached from where I was when I started back in 1998.

I'm hoping that when I've got a photograph or two of what I've got in progress and some of the miniatures I've finished that I'll be able to pick up a few hints and tips on painting technique and possibly even selling.

Currently I have a vast Eldar army, a moderately sized Harlequin army and a tiny Dark Elf army. Trying to be good and paint what I've got before I buy new things, hopefully Chest of Colours will keep me on the straight and narrow...

I'm just glad that my year of hard work is over and I can concentrate on a much neglected but much loved hobby of mine.

Welcome in and back to a very relaxing pasttime IMHO, now get yer pics up LOL
Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again :doh:

welcome to CofC :) its definately a good place to be if you want to improve your painting. Look out for that Demi tho ;) he's a crafty one.
