How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Bardzo ładnie wyszły Ci rysy twarzy. Ogółem ciekawy pomysł i świetne wykonanie.

Cool! I would like to see it as a full mini, no only a bust.

face is the best part
few remarks:
- goggles look too modern,
- cap is too tight, it reminds me of a swimming cap, not pilot's cloth
- what is he wearing? dragon-scale jacket?

It's very good. one of my favorites, but I have to agree about the goggles - they would be better in victorian SciFi or Warhammer style...
