The new Scibor style gold highlights/NMM...

Hi guys, I realize there are already a million NMM posts as well as a sticky, but I haven't seen anything about the Scibor style gold NMM around. Perhaps NMM is not the correct term for this style of highlighting but regardless I would like to know how it is done.

Particularly check out the powerfist, and also the shield in the last pic on this mini:

The highlights are almost 'sloppy' but very effective. Any idea how it's done?
