WIP Mechanicus wall

Post by Anonymous »

Okay folks here are links to my industrial wall as it stands right now;

I could really really use some advice on improving it, but not to the point that I would take away from any miniatures that I would put in front of it.

Thanks for any ideas that you may have.

looks nice; these walls are from necromunda, right?
the only thing I'd add is even more watered down brown layers... but it's just me - I like rust :wink:

getting a bit of the the gound colour near the base might look nice too, sort of dirt like. Looking pretty so far!

Maybe mix some other colours in there too, for example green and purple washes as some kind weathering due too corrosive or acid rains...(?)

These are all great ideas. Thanks much. Will be applying them tonight if I get the time. Also thinking about a stippling effect of oragnish brown off to one corner much like this image;

I agree, it would look great. Seems that you don't need us for good ideas ;):p

Don't you even go there.

IF it wasn't for people like you and others here on the forum, I probably wouldn't get anything done.
