Some new "work in progress" 54mm Dwarfs from Scibo

How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

I like them. Yet I cannot help the impression, that there's something wrong with the belly of the first guy. Like he had a monstrous "beer muscle" as it is commonly called. I know that Dwarves are supposed to be bulky but that is to much for me.
Do not underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers...

I like the rifleman, and the drunk one too. His face just says: I drink cause I'm sad
Not fond of goblins thoughs (they seem unnecesary addition) and the first dwarf (there's something about his proportions).
Why so many dwarfs btw? Both 28mm and 54mm have so many of them. Can we expect to see other races?

The last two are very nice. The first one somehow doesn't do it for me....
