I?ve found this place some time ago and I want to ask you for help. Until now I?ve only painted 1/35 or 1/15 figurines. In enamels or oil paints. Recently I have discovered minis. As a fan of SF I?ve decided to buy/paint some minis just for pleasue (because I like them). Unfortunately I haven?t got any acrylic paints. I want to buy/use Vallejo paints. Easy to buy, but not so cheap... I need some kind of ?basic set? , maybe 10/15 colors, just to start my new hobbby. What colors will you suggest to buy if I want to paint fantasy minis (not only people)? For instance there are many shades of brown, bot you usually use only one. I?m especially interested in skin colours and colours used to paint armor. I?ll be grateful for help.
