I like it, but I am biased as I simply like the model very much. A bit too dark for my taste but very nice nonetheless.
I hope the raw meat parts will be highlighted a bit more...

The shading that's done so far with the skin is very nicely done. Agree with Mahon on hoping some of the open areas get some more highlights.
