mini/supply shopping in Europe

Post by LadyEyes »

Ok, I have a question: What is difficult or impossible for people to get in Europe in the way of minis and/or supplies?

I'm just brainstorming for the moment, so please humor me.

I know Dull Coate is hard, and that's probably not going to change much because of shipping requirements.

What else? And is it mostly because the shipping costs from the U.S. are so high?

We don't really have a good point for the extra stuff like colour shapers and specialised stuff like certain foliages and such.

I scrape by what I can get and often get them from the (for me) weirdest places.

I definitly would like some brush on Testors though!

I can find Testors here in my regular hobby store, just not the brush on one! :(

@Nameless - Is Reaper hard to get over there much? Or are you thinking things like Wyrd Minis?

American minis are more difficult to find here due to several reasons: expensive postage (or slow shipping), slow processing at customs offices, etc.

Things are much easier with European stuff obviously...

@LE - both :) I'm not sure if look for retailer's or customer's opinion though.
