my modern survivor sculpts (added 2 more, Pa and Gran)

How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Here are a bunch of just finished sculpts, modern people. (metal HF minis for scale, obviously not my sculpt...) I was a bit inspired by slasher movies so I thought I would make some crazy people...

Some parts I'm suprise how decent it turned out, others I wish I could do better, some parts I wished I had made smaller....

The short one is great. The 'roaring hippie' and his crooked lady - not really....

hmm i don't know why the other two should be so bad...they are nothing special, but they have credible anatomy. they are a bit featureless compared to the short one, but thats imho due to the minimalistic clothing, which is fine. sculpts are smooth too.

thanks! They are done from scratch, using copper wire to make the armature. I don't think using puppet/dollies makes it easier by that much, but it would save a bit of time though.

I do hope to be able to get them cast up. If I manage to do that, I'll make some noise! :)
