I especially like the female face (but that's what I paint most), in the near future I'd like to try to paint some more realistic human skin tones by adding more colors. Right now I'm kind of avoiding it by painting non-human skin color :oops:

Great tutorial!! I was thinking about painting dead, cold body. Do you think taht it's a good idea to use some cold colours eg purple in the darkest places and than add some flesh colours to paint highlights?

I finally found the time to read trough this tutorial, it's lovely! It offers me some great new insights in the use of colours on faces, I'll certainly put it to good use on my next miniature. Thanks for taking the time to write this out !
