Simple seafood dip

Post by Anonymous »

This is a rather simple dip that works well for that last minute Hor's Douvres (sp?) plate.

SPread 1 - 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese (sorry ladyeyes :( . . . ) on a large serving plate.

Pour a large bottle of cocktail sauce and spread around on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle a can of drained shredded white crab meat over the top of that and surround with your favourite crackers such as Ritz or Toll house for dipping.

Serve and enjoy!

:)

BTW you should warn people that there is crab meat in it due to the fact thaere are many who are allergic to shell fish.

Could go well during a barbeque as well I guess, just as a side dish.
