Cmon not reachable for anyone else?

I can't seem to get onto Cmon somehow at home. I can get on it on some other computers just not at home!

Anyone else have this problem?

Okay this is what I get when I try to get onto the site:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
