How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

yeah impressive it is, but I don't like the head though. It looks too big compared to the rest of his body/neck/upperhalf.
And there is another thing that throws me off a bit, but I can't really put my finger on it.

looking forward to the updates :)

why don't you do it to the miniature size....it will look better
