How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

very dynamic!
I like wings very much, alhough limbs could be a bit longer imo :)

Yup wonderful wonderful stuff!! The folds and the wings, very very nice :)
Defenitly your best sculpt to date :)

Edit, i forgot to say that the balls on the side of him are not as good as the rest of the sculpt on these pics. I would try to improve them. But maybe I have to wait for better pics to see them clearly ::)

Very impressive! looks alot like the artwork, altough IMO scythe blade should have been a bit larger.
