now I can only say I like the colors. But not much about painting as it seems to be in an early stage still...
Why don't you crop your pictures a bit? Even the most basic software like paint allows to do it :)

Cropped a but too much I think ;) :)
Same here on the colors. I like them. Allthough I'm not too sure about the green/red combination on the wings. They are both too bright to work well together.

it looks good so far, XIII.
Wings look better with deeper shades.
Blue cloth is very nice, although I'd like to see some close-ups to check if you have improved smoothness and blending.
As I've told you before, be careful about colours. You've already used few bright and quite contrasting colours. If you continue that on further parts, you'll get a clown, not succubus.
