Nice SM bike conversion

Do you still remember that some people use miniatures for gaming?

I know this is an old thread, but I saw these online the other day and really liked them. Looks like they used a cut up an Eldar Vyper to get they pieces for the body, but it really does have the Akira look going for it.

Very nice, you're right about the Akira look. Maybe weird (cause I really like the bike!) but somehow I don't find them fitting for Space Marines, maybe more for Tau. Il like Space Marine vehicles to be big and bulky...

Was going to use a similar idea to build an =][= scale bike based on some info from the ][ conclave forum.

Yeah.. it doesn't really match the style of any other Space Marine vehicle, though I guess you convert the others to match this Akira style if you wanted to. I like the way they look like they they could 'squish' together for easy storage on a ThunderHawk or something I guess. Nice conversion though. Looks like they use Tau pieces as well... the hubcaps on the wheels are drones.

A thread is never too old if it's interesting ;) I'm not against "thread necromancy" if something interesting is added to the thread.

I like this bike very much. I wouldn't mind to see some more SM stuff in this style
