How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Nah, I'm the last one to feel offended because of negative comments (wanna come to my wip thread? ;) ). What's more - I am not the author of this table :D

very nice! You should get your friend to make another 2 boards, with nothing on top. That will increase the flexibility of the table with minimal effort! And some open space is always nice. You can fill it with movable terrain too if you want, trees and whatnot.
