every time i scroll down enywhere on the site i get a scroll bar in the middle of my screen and i think it has something to do with the shoutbox, plus i get a loading sign in times when iam doing nothing, like someone posted something in the shoutbox but then no message is shown, me confused me need help me scared

The shoutbox is causingdelays and some problems but it seems many of you want to keep it here...
