With the Nameless Guard finished it is now time for another tale of mine
This time it may be something that I will actually use for gaming
quidamcorvus keeps teasing me to play his Warheim (mix of Warhammer and Mordheim rules) with him. oh well, I thought I could have a warband prepared, just in case
I have some old orcs lying around a house, plus some goblins and a troll from the Reaper Bones kickstarter set, so it would be the easiest way to create a band without additional expenses. Not to mention that this would remind of the old days when I used to have a greenskins wfb army
I painted one of the goblins first, just to test the dipping method so, base colours, Army Painter dip, highlights, matt varnish. voila, the first mini of my Warheim warband from New Ork City

yeah, good enough for table-top
I found some orcs painted long time ago. No contraast, almost base colours only. So I dipped them too, pulled the highlights up, and now my band has a big boss, shaman and 4 orc warriors (including a drummer and standard bearer). I just need to add a standard, tidy the bases and maybe get the shields, if they should have them in Warheim Pics will follow
New Ork City - Warheim
