Problem isnt the lizard itself but the fact that with the ammo belt around its chest it is exactly the artwork found in the Sabbat books, it's not GW trying to copyright the lizard this time.
Also, Blight wheel is likely going to take a shot for their gaunt's ghosts.
They are literally using Abnett's work there without the rights.
