He has done some fantastic work for Reaper Miniatures and currently serves as their staff sculptor. Kevin is mostly known for the extensive range of Bathalians as well as their enormous Kraken resin kit. Along with sculpting, he also brings a vast knowledge of the casting process as having served in the master mold making capacity for many years.
Meagan has been reimagined by artist Keri Ruediger. I sent Keri a list of reference material along with the image of the original character and after a series of fantastic thumbnails she has turned out the piece here. Over the next several weeks, Keri will render the image in color for promotional use and to provide a guide for painting the studio model.
I have started blocking the initial figure out and this is the posed armature.
The piece was originally offered through my initial boutique line as a limited edition piece. The new one will be available in an unlimited casting run and will include a companion monkey with blunderbuss.
Patrick has been a full time illustrator since 2005 and worked as an art director, game designer, and animator for ten years prior to that. During that time some of his most notable clients include Wizards of the Coast, Blizzard, Fantasy Flight Games, and White Wolf. His art is also included in the The Art of H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos. Patrick will be designing some great other-worldly critters as companions to go along with some of our Babes.
Meg began painting in 2004 for personal enjoyment and gaming, then moved on to level up her skills over the next several years. She started commission work in 2005 and began competing in painting competitions. Building her skills, she soon won several awards and has since provided work as a freelancer for many of the top miniatures companies in the industry. She has painted for online sales and many of her pieces fetch high prices on eBay when available. Now she resides in the Pacific Northwest where she offers the occasional painting workshop and makes convention appearances between brushstrokes.
