The last one is looking quite nice (except nipples but the can be "adjusted" quite easily :P ). Is she 32mm scale? She looks somewhat bigger in that picture, like 40-54mm. The barbarian would be nice but her left hand looks a bit weird and out of proportion to me. :(

Those are not nipples. Those are piercings to stab your oponent in combat  And she's 40mm scale, like some other minis from Kev. It's topless version of this mini: https://www.hfminis.co.uk/shop?product=k ... 54mm-scale

I like her anatomy, hands, hair.

What I don't like is ork's head and her pose. The one on the concept art is much better for me. The sculpted one is to strange for me, unnatural.

I personally think it's rushed. The history is that the model was to be sculpted by Tre from Red Box, but due to some unforseen events he was unable to do it. So Kev took over and sculpted the whole model in 2 weeks time. I agree there's something with the pose and also the face is not up to the standards HF go us used to. Oh and you can't "buy" it - you have to donate to get it.
