Okay, I've been painting a Nurgle Champion on and off for a few months now. His armour had been done with washes of green, purple and brown to get an old look feel.
Now I've overdid it maybe a bit with re-blending it to a lighter metal colour and finally with Tamiya smoke. Ik know the gloss will go away after a coat with Testors.
Now on to my real question. Do you go back on the subtle colours afterwards by washing the armour with a very diluted wash? (in my case of the aformentioned green, purple and brown?) I figured it would bring the colours back again a bit or might I be wrong?
Hope you understand what I'm trying to say as I found it difficult to explain what I mean...
Rmm question...
