ToMaZ, just so you know... those pants are usually portrayed as being leather.
I like the gray, it looks good. But I tend to agree with Skrit that the overall color scheme is a little.... too tame. But, then again, this is very similar to the colors Jen Haley used for this model and most people loved it. So its just a personal taste thing.
Her face looks very nicely done, too.

I didn't want to go for brown because of the cloak. Maybe the scheme is a bit dull atm, but there is going to be red or yellow details. So I hope I can pull it up a bit
I'm going to finish off the cloak last, because I'm not sure if I'm going to like it. I might change it then, but the problem will be what color to use again... probably. Maybe another tone of blue... lemme think about it.
Just to ask, why aren't you making her blonde? The character in WM is blonde, so I thought I would ask why the decision to otherwise. Its not bad, I'm just curious.

ok guys, suggestions needed for the cloak. So I can finish this mini and get rid of it. The client is satisfied with the mini so far but he wants a different color for the cloak. Can't really blame him, I don't like it either. Problem is, he doesn't know a good colour... and I can't make up my mind. Bone/white, another shade of blue (a dark blue seems nice to me), a really really dark red (more like black with a reddish shine to it).... dunno dunno dunno...
Good news is that the client wants me to do more of his cygnar stuff
purple or deep red, definitely. the mini needs a contrasting colour to make it 'pop' . A vibrant shade of purple or red will do just that, and a little freehand pattern will give it another extra touch. I love what you have so far by the way ! can't wait to see this and some of your miniatures in real life.

Well then we have to meet again somewhere in the future Since I'm entering the next golden goblins I'll probably see you there, and I could let you know when I'm coming to Antwerp again if you want.
