Re: Panda's Tale of Dread Fleet
I will hate you for teasing me and you know it. I will not have Dread fleet, and I can't even paint what I already have. I am a depressed sad panda...

Re: Panda's Tale of Dread Fleet
So the tale begins, and like all the tales it starts with....
Once apon a time, the water was painted like wrote last WD i added a Panda's touch with some turqoise and i used a dirty white to start the highlights.
Then come the wash (also like in the WD article) given a greenish look to the most higher parts and a darker wash to the deeper but this time i made my own mix with the earlier mix plus asurmen blue and a little more blac (the photos dont show that, blame the mobile camera )
And there you go next step after all is dry i will higlight with the dirty white and then only on the top of the waves the whiter of whites
So here's the 1st photo

Hope you guys like they are really fun to do

It's blue...ish Going for Smurfs?
Anyway, good start, waiting to see the "final" version of it, I like the depth on the waves
