new level for Mantic painters?

In my humble opinion the sculpts are fine, but the should change painters. I really don't like their painting jobs. Frugal, brownish, bad choice of colors. Some elements are painted really nice, but most of the brown elements looks like they aren't finished. Additionally, they should improve their plastic bases to a better ones. Look at the dwarf's base. Two layers? But who am I to judge them.

Why is a regiment of plastic not multipose? These shy poses look like models from the 80's. No one is shooting or walking, or kneeling or dodging etc they are just there waiting to take a shot in the face.
