it's a contest in paris "le monde du jeu" something like "the world of games"....and there was a lot of painting contest rackham, urban mamoth, fenryll, etc....

lol...had he only sculpted it in fimo just like his other models... 
but seriously...his sculpt is on par with most of the rackham models - it just shows us that they (GW less so I must say...) just hold painting competitions to raise their sales rate and not because they like creativity
