I like the base did you sculpt the wood yourself? One thing about the mini and the base as a composition is that it's all very busy, not that it's always a bad thing since the colours you've chosen for the model are really bright and vivid. It is a very neatly painted model and i think the blending compared with some of your earlier work is much better now. Keep at it
the first picture was terrible, the second one is pretty good.
I find the base a bit overloaded and the model looks a bit lost on it...
The paintjob isn't bad though. You seem to have your own style... Looks a bit too 'rubbery' to me, but is eyecatching for sure.

Then I showed to my husband what I wrote on the base ... and he laughed at me hard.
