Mahon has given you some really great advice, and I strongly suggest if improvement is your goal to try to stick with the points he's made for you. That's IF improvement is your goal. If you just enjoy the process then go for it and stick with what you've got but I strongly reccomend learning to walk before running. Stick to practicing getting coverage and then follow the next step of lining and go from there.

What you're basically getting here in this thread is a lesson in painting basics. You're getting great advice and as "hands on" corrective tips as you can get on the net. I know how much you'd like to jump to the end of things and try some advanced techniques (such as you have on th plasma gun) but I think you're not neccessarily following some of these tips given and I think I sense a level of frustration from those giving you the advice.

I've been VERY lucky in the advice I've recieved here and other places on the net when it comes to improving. But you have to follow through on the advice given, or you might not keep recieving it. It's well worth the patience and Mahon has really laid out a good set of instructions I wish I'd been given many years ago.

I tried to do everything like in that picture before. Mayby im still not making right details I dont know.
If I poor walking its not mean I dont want to learn how to.
So, I have to more practice with coverage and lining yes?

what is this white white on shoulder pad
- same shoulder pad - blue is onthe gold (back)

front photo - black spot on the backpack - near shoulder pad

so you made good idea but not exacly good execusion of it

- base blue, secound layer - brighter blue then white lines - thats corect

but thats thine lines . yours are moustly messy ..

so try simplier wersion - base blue
2 layer - none
3 th - thine white lines (white mixed with blue 90% white 10 Blue - or just i"ce blue" )
end blacke lining - lining not messing :)

thous lines are realy lines not blured areas - trust us ^-^ (we all tested this tech .. end at first it is like "WTF .. im gona blure that or it gona look crapy" - then is "o crap WTF i blured that now it look crapy .. ")

o end OSL :
NO for now - it just reqire a lot of practive ..
