How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

I like the size of the boar, after all in fantasy all is possible. And I'm glad you didn't sculpt him to look like the boar on those pics, otherwise he would have been cute! :lol:

The size is OK.
The face would be a chalenge for the painter, but maybe the 54mm scale helps here?
But please: the dwarf must be more hairy! Bigger beard!

scibor, this is incredible !!!!! definitely like the WIP!! since I'm not a player at all (far prefering painting and sculpting ;) ), the size doesn't chock me... no it's perfect, and I can't wait having this dwarf under my brushes...
