It's that time of years again![]()
This time it'll be a little bit different.... to save everybody an awful lot of stress there won't be any auctions (HOORAY!)
But, and it's a big BUT, there will be some exclusive lead for those that donate....
For everyone that makes a donation there will be a set of 3 exclusive figures designed by the extremely talented Andrew Rae of Statuesque Miniatures, Sebastian of Guild of Harmony and some bloke called Kev White from Hasslefree Miniatures
:froth:
Can't/not going to tell you much about the figures as this project is still very much in the planning stage (the guys haven't worked out who's doing who yet!) but, it's safe to say that there will be a shapely arse or 3 to froth over
So how do you go about guaranteeing yourself a set?
It's simple. All you have to do is make a donation through one of the Just Giving links below - remember to use your handle on here so we know who you are! You'll have to register if you haven't before (but that's no hardship) and you can use either Paypal or Credit/Debit cards. You have to be named on one of the three Just Giving pages in order to qualify and there will only be one set per person. And, please, don't forget if you're a UK tax payer to tick 'Gift Aid'
There's a choice of Charity this year:
Cancer Research: https://www.justgiving.com/Frothers2
MS Society: https://www.justgiving.com/frothers1
and for those of you that think I'm a twat, Craig from Killer B is doing the 3 Peaks Challenge in two weeks time in aid of Brain Tumour UK : https://www.justgiving.com/Craig-Rowlings
There's no 'minimum' donation but I'd suggest for some seriously exclusive lead that a £20.00 donation should be about right![]()
Greens/Greys/Browns will be shown when they're done but don't expect anything too soon; the 3 guys in 3 countries on 2 continents are doing this in their spare time so obviously jobs that pay the rent have to come first. I'm hoping that they should be going out late September/early October. Griffin Moulds have again, in principal (we were very drunk when they had their arm twisted), agreed to do the castingand Sally at Hasslefree Miniatures is going to post them out
Enormous thanks to all those who've helped put this together..... now get donating!![]()
Cheers!
