I like the conversion, rust, and camo on trousers (not an easy thing to paint well!). I only find the skin a bit lacking. Probably a bit of glazing in shadows would improve the visual effect.

The rust and camo are just awesome, i love the model
such a good conversion, was he for a particular army or game?

I hadded a few glazes as sugested, and hope to have taken a better picture.

Looks better overall. May want to go over the brightest highlights again if you really want it to pop, depending on how much work you want to put into it.
