Yeah, I understand that. Figured people wouldn't buy direct anymore since there's plenty of other resources to get minis from. Hell, it's usually cheaper to buy limited edition or OOP figures than it is to get brand new ones straight out of the box.

Took myself a detour to the Warhammer section yesterday when I picked up painting supplies and it's sickening. Pretty sure I saw a Gray Knight terminator for $16 and Mephiston was $20. I remember when special characters were $10-12 each and terminators were around $8. The worst part is some sculpts are the same ones they were selling however many years back.

Yeah, I'm not even exaggerating. It's the same on the GW site as well.

long, long time ago I painted mephisto with gargoyle wings as a chaos boss. gift for my friend. I wonder if he still has it... and what would I say about the paintjob now
