so it has to be either the concept or sculpture`s skills

Or a combination of the two? Or maybe some other factors? I don't know. I'm not privy to the direction that Reaper gives to their sculptors. It's possible that different product lines have different guidelines for how much detail each sculpt gets.

I imagine Tre has more insight to this than me, but I'm not sure he's willing (or able) to discuss the specifics.
