I think for a scavvy gang they should be semi-uniform but look unique at the same time. Maybe pull them together with a similar colour/paint scheme but have unique features and looks.

Personally i would put all the models together so you can see your progress as you go along

Re: necromunda plague gang
the problem is this is the only one finished (converted) model from the gang:
I want oop plagye marine to be the leader (although I think I might give him unarmoured arms or lasgun
) and the other one will be marine/cultist curned into plaguebearer but these are still on very early conversion stage

Re: necromunda plague gang
hehe, nice and i like the colour choice
, it might be the photos but the surface looks a little rough on the model or is that a painted effect?
Re: necromunda plague gang
he looks a bit weird with the rotated shoulderpad. like the shoulder is too long - but you can justify it with a mutation.
looking forward for more

Re: necromunda plague gang
@Phil-ness: it actually is a surprise: initially nurgle armour was supposed to be painted orange-ish
@Arctica: it's the paintjob: it's still wi and green element aren't finished yet;
@mahon: the shoulder pad was rotated because of 2 reasons:
- it's more original
- I added it after I pinned and glued head and arm when it turned out there's no other way to do it
I am not thinking about uniform color - I think sth bright gray / bone-grey should work fine...
any ideas?

Hmm well a bone colour usually works extremely well with nurgle, but if you look at Artur's work he does nurgle amazingly well with bright grey.
Im a big fan of bright contrasting colours, when i look at the green you have on your scavvy, im reminded a bit of Corvus's terminators as the pale colour works well with a contrasting rich green and red colours. Maybe introducing some spots of a rich colour would work ? and then do your famous demi-ism of rusting and weathering it
might look quite funky.

grey uniform will blend too much with olive-green armour imo. I'd go with black or some military blue. City camo perhaps? you know, black/blue/grey/white?

I wanted pale tone because I wanted dirt and gore (yup - there'll be lot's ot this stuff
) present really striking but camo seems to be good idea...
