nokturnal's Space Hulk

Post by nokturnal »

Hi,
here is my project I've started sometime ago (in April or something like that). I've managed to get two copies of Space Hulk board game to play with friends. First one was 1st edition, polish version and the 3rd edition, but with cannibalised models. I bet it was wh40k Blood Angels players fault ;). 3rd edition was cheap, so everyone was killing themselves for full versions :).
Anyway I didn't like that the latest edition was Blood Angels only. I like Deathwing, which was present in earlier editions. I've used the best, in my opinion, Deathwing terminator models from 92-94 era. I had some of them, because I've played long time ago wh40k with Dark Angels army, but I never had a motivation to paint them ;).
Second thing was that older genestealers (from the first edition) are coolest miniatures, but they weren't very varied, so I had to convert them a little.

I've barely assembled and primed everything, some models are still missing like Librarian in terminator armour, broodlord and some components/markers. I have also more terminators, but they are still not assembled (I wanted to get the first squad which is used in the first missions).

So here are the genestealers:
