Ellen's Minis

Post by ellensaurus »

Here are my Nurgle Toads! Poor orange got chipped on the head because I dropped him...but I loved painting them and thinking about touching up a bit more.

I'm big with using bright colors so if any of you have tips on how to mix neon colors, we should talk :)

how to mix neon colors
by this you mean Fluo paints ?
if yes - well they always go on white base color

the gooi thing you got there .. but shading - no idea photos don't tel exacly
but you got there clean finger nails and they don' t look like beaten - thats deffinitly good

and Fluo Paints don't like to mix echoters .. they just don't like ...

Thanks spykeside!

LOL thanks Maru! :) As a woman, I like my nails short and clean, so it makes me happy someone else has spotted my wonderful hygiene heehee.

I'm not a big fan of shade / washes. However, I haven't tried Fluo paint, so it would probably be worth learning how to shade better if I'm applying Fluo.

Thanks for the feedback and tips!

Fluo is a bit tricky - you need to applay it first at white primer then paint whole mini / surface whatever you like avoiding any covering of parts that have to glow or paint whole then re applay white in area that have to glow then paint Fluo on them and meld borders by glaze ..m
