I have afterwards realised how bad the mould lines were (still learning) and that I should have cleaned them up a lot better. Won't make that mistake again.
Tried for the first time to have a go at NMM too, but much work needs doing on those skills.
hey Wintertooh, I really like the way you composed both miniatures even though they are from different manufacturers! There is a lot of dynamics and interaction between both miniatures.
Both miniatures are very good, the details on them are great. Maybe some bigger photos would help to judge them better, but you can be happy with the result.

Thanks for that mate, I hadn't thought about bigger pics, after being away for a while (trying to improve) didn't want people to think I was just spamming up the forum, haha.
The photo is brutal when zoomed in. I've picked up on a few bits that my eye missed. Not sure the camera has quite done it justice though.
I think I need to start looking at doing some NMM soon, but I've a few 'batch' models to finish painting first before I treat myself to another character.
Here is a unit I've finished. Please ignore the flash line on the musicians face, gutted I missed that on clean up...
I've been painting a year now (some 20 models in total) and really want to improve so any comments or suggestions will be thoroughly researched and tested.
The light washed out the depth of this model (my second lamp only has a standard bulb so kicks out a yellow light rather than a natural one) sadly so probably shouldn't even put it up.
