Menhom finally finished:D
I must say I was already tired o him.
Maybe not my best painjob, but I'm glad it's ready and looking good on the shelf:D
Besides he got silver at BMSS (British Model Soldier Society) show yesterday, so not that bad at all.
And what do you think about him?
Great paintjob and congrats on the price. I've been following your WIP thread in the polish section and really liked him since the beginning. One thing though that I think needs something* is the sword (*some more highlights IMO) but that has already been discussed in the PL section.
Yeah, I know, that sword could be more eye catching, but I decided to make it simple, more like a tool than a weapon. Maybe it was a mistake, but I'm not gonna change it now:)
I know there are things I could paint differently, or better (please don't hold back with comments and criticism. I can always use it with next projects) but I'm happy it's done.

Cmon this way.
Different/slightly bigger photos here
That's a pretty solid paintjob! Especially the eyes, they are very well done.
You asked for critiques, where here's one I have:
The bottom part on the back of the bottle is painted a bit awkward in my opinion. You highlighted towards the edge. This makes it look a bit strange. I think the shading in that area draws a "line" on the bottle which is a bit too strong. I hope you understand what I mean
I painted this mini almost a year ago, but then I put it on the side because I simply lost all my heart for this mini. I was hoping that at some point it will pass and I'll be able to finish it. Sadly it didn't, so I decided to fix the biggest issues (like the missing shadow under the mini), push the contrast on the clothes a bit further and put it on the shelf with other finished miniatures.
Cmon this way.
