Chest of Colors Arena - painting contest

Post by mahon »

We launched a miniature painting contest.

http://chestofcolors.com/chest-of-color ... g-contest/

If it's successful and popular, there will be more to come :)

(We hope that additional prizes for random participants will encourage you to participate even if you feel you won't win the main prize)

Great contest, but I won't be able to compete since my painting schedule is already full :)

Gonna have to balance this with being back at college, but I think I can whip something up for it. Pretty sure I know which mini I'm gonna use, too.

Nice initiative!
How does it look like with mounted models? I know, gladiators are usually on foot, but there are enough mounted examples out there, like sitting on a wolf or other creatures.

@Endrem - I don't think it's a problem as there's nothing about a model "on foot" in the rules. moreover if you can enter a large model (a troll for example) - why not a mounted model?

and just hope the voters consider it 'gladiatorish' enough :)
